Shimp and Sausage PoBoy - Heck Yea! Get ready to fire up the grill for the amazine combination of flavor that shrimp and sausage offer.

Did I mention that this recipe is pretty dang easy but still packed with flavor. First, go out and grab some Premio Sausage. Then make up a batch of my Barbecue Remoulade Sauce. It's a nice taste combination of sausage, shrimp, and grilling flavor!

Easy Grilled Andouille Sausage and Shrimp Sandwiches

Premio Sausage
4 deli style hoagie buns
Shimp, shelled, tailess
Barbecue Remoulade Sauce
Grill the sausage and shrimp on your grill as you normally would. Start the shrimp towards the end of the grilling process. You can also grill sliced onions, peppers, and more of your favorite toppings. While the sausage is grilling baste often with Barbecue Remoulade Sauce. Combine all ingredients on your buns and serve hot!
