Ingredients:
12 to 24 mini wings and drums
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 stick butter melted
2-3 tablespoons TN Whiskey
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir. Bake the wings in the oven at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet with non-stick spray until the juices run clear and the wings are golden. Before removing the wings from the oven baste them evenly with the sauce a few times and return to the oven to heat and thicken the sauce. Keep some sauce in reserve and baste them one last time when you remove them from the oven prior to serving. Increase sauce ingredients as needed.
