Here's all you need for some tasty wings on the grill or in the oven! Perfect for your Super Bowl menu!

Cooked up a batch of these with Brian Smith on This & That on Channel 9 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We were prepping for the BIG GAME PARTY!

  •  A bunch of frozen wing portions.
  • A bottle of barbecue sauce
  • A bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing
  • Some hot sauce

Cook the chicken wings as per the directions on the package. Chances are that a frozen wing bag calls for cooking frozen wings at 400 degrees (or more) for about 30 minutes. For grilling I would suggest thawing the wings first.

In a bowl combine equal parts of Barbecue Sauce and Zesty Italian dressing, add in a splash or two of hotsauce and mix. You can baste the wings with the sauce, drizzle the sauce, or toss the wings in the sauce. I suggest cooking the wings for about 5 more minutes with the sauce on them to really get the flavor going!

Thanks to This & That / Channel 9 Chattanooga for having me on!
