Golden Panther Kabobs
Make the Kabobs as you nowmally would. We use everything from beef to smoked sausage. This recipe is for a golden mustard based baste that's great on Chicken, Pork, Beef and even on seafood. Feel free to tweak as you see fit for your own tastes.
- Cup of honey mustard
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Combine the ingredients and use as a baste. If you add extra ingredients such as minced onion or peppers add some extra water and bring to a quick boil in a sauce pan. Make your kabobs using your favorites kabob items. Baste, turn, grill till done and enjoy.
If you are using wooden skewers be sure to soak them in water for about 15-20 minutes. You can also use two wooden skewers per kabob if desired to prevent the food from spinning around when you turn and rotate your kabobs.
